FAMILY FUN RUN
Presented by the Albany Recreation and Parks Department
Saturday, March 7, 2009

Start time: 7:15 a.m.
The Family Fun Run is a one-mile run/walk event
The Challenge
Every dollar of every entry for the Fun Run will be donated to the school of the entrant’s choice. The school receiving the most donations will receive a trophy.

Race Information

  • The Family Fun Run is a one-mile run/walk event.
  • Fun Run Registration received by January 15 will be guaranteed a
    T-shirt.
  • Registration and Packet pickup TBA
  • Starting Line is behind the Civic Center at South Front Street and Whitney.
  • The one-mile course will finish at River Front Park.
  • The Family Fun Run Challenge is open to people of all ages.

Amenities
All registered runners receive:

  • An official SNICKERS® MARATHON® Energy Bar Fun Run T-shirt
  • Commemorative finisher medal
  • Runner goodie bag with coupons and product samples
  • Free admission to the Health and Fitness Expo
  • Plenty of finish-line refreshments
