Recycle Your Running Shoes
After putting all those miles on your running shoes training for the marathon and half marathon, they still have some life left in them if you donate them at the Expo. A drop-off station will be set up at the Expo on Friday, March 4th, and all donated running shoes and gently worn t-shirts will be donated to One World Running (www.oneworldrunning.com) for distribution around the world. One World Running is an international program which provides running shoes to those in need in the United States and around the world. When you make a contribution at the Expo, you’ll receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win some new running gear.
Race Timing: The Marathon will use a “D” Race Timing Tag system. Timing Tags will be distributed at the Expo or with your runner packet.
Remember: NO TIMING TAG, NO FINISHING TIME!
THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICKUP AVAILABLE FOR ANY EVENTS
